Before & After School Care runs in conjunction with York Academy Regional Charter School’s calendar.

Monday through Friday

  • Before Care: 6:30 - 7:30 AM

  • Afterschool Care: 3 - 5:30 PM

  • Registration Fee- $75.00
    (new families to YDEL)

  • Before Care ONLY: $95
    (DOES NOT include York Academy early dismissal & closure days)

  • Afterschool Care ONLY: $110
    (includes York Academy early dismissal & closure days)

  • Before & After School Care: $150
    (includes York Academy early dismissal & closure days)

York Day Early Learning will be closed on the following dates:

Transportation

Each morning, students enrolled in our before care program are safely checked onto the bus/van by York Day Early Learning staff for transportation to York Academy Regional Charter School. Upon arrival, York Academy staff greet and supervise students as they exit the vehicle and enter the school building.

At the end of the school day, York Academy staff supervise students as they board the bus/van for transportation back to York Day Early Learning. Upon arrival, York Day staff greet students, ensure they safely exit the vehicle, and provide supervision during our afterschool care program until parent or authorized guardian pick-up.

Parent Responsibilities

  • Ensure your child arrives at York Day Early Learning before the scheduled bus departure time of 7:15 AM.

  • Notify York Day Early Learning and York Academy Regional Charter School as soon as possible if your child will not be riding the bus.

  • Keep emergency contact information up to date with both programs.

  • Inform the school promptly of any changes to your child's transportation arrangements.
